1.1 Seller
1.2 Buyer
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made by legal entities (companies, corporations, sole proprietorships, associations, etc.) as well as natural persons acting for purposes relating to their trade or profession via tilskudtjek.dk.
TilskudTjek's services are primarily aimed at business entities. Our reports and analyses concern financing opportunities for companies and are not relevant for private consumers acting outside their trade or profession.
1.3 Consumer Law
Since our services are primarily aimed at business entities, consumer protection laws typically do not apply. Natural persons acting outside their trade or profession (private consumers) are encouraged to contact us before purchase, as special rules may apply.
1.4 Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase on tilskudtjek.dk, you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety. The terms constitute the full agreement between TilskudTjek and you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Our Services
2.1 Service Overview
TilskudTjek offers the following services:
2.2 Content of the Personalized Report
The personalized report is a digital document containing:
- All relevant programs reviewed: Complete overview of scanned schemes with relevance assessment and justification — including schemes we have filtered out and why
- Specific programs + how to apply: In-depth review of your most relevant programs with specific entry requirements, application process, and next steps
- R&D Tax Deduction Checklist: Structured dialogue tool for your accountant regarding R&D deductions (LL § 8 B) and tax credits (LL § 8 X)
- Competency Fund Guide: Industry-specific overview of relevant competency funds with contact info and application process
- Document Requirements and Deadlines: Specific requirements for the identified programs
- Templates and Next Steps: Practical templates and prioritized action plan
2.3 What the Report Does Not Contain
The report is an analysis tool and conversation starter — it is not:
- A completed application for any grant program
- Tax advice or an assessment of whether your specific expenses qualify
- A legal assessment of your situation
- A guarantee of grants, tax deduction rights, or access to schemes
- A substitute for professional accounting or legal advice
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Prices
All prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK). Prices for the personalized report are stated excluding VAT. VAT (25%) is added at checkout and clearly stated before payment is completed.
Current prices are always shown on the pricing page at tilskudtjek.dk/#pricing. We reserve the right to change prices with 14 days' notice. Changes do not affect already concluded agreements.
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Payment cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- MobilePay
- Bank transfer (only by prior agreement and invoicing)
Payment is processed securely via our payment processor. We do not store card details on our own servers.
3.3 Invoicing
You will receive a confirmation and an invoice at the email address provided during ordering. The invoice is typically sent within 24 hours of receipt of payment. The invoice contains all statutory information according to VAT legislation.
3.4 Failed Payment
If a payment fails, you will receive a notification. The report will not be delivered until payment is completed. Contact us at tilskudtjek@gmail.com if you experience payment issues.
4. Ordering and Agreement
4.1 Ordering Process
A binding agreement between you and TilskudTjek is concluded when:
- You complete the order and payment on tilskudtjek.dk, AND
- You receive an order confirmation from TilskudTjek via email
The order confirmation constitutes a binding agreement. Save it for your documentation.
4.2 Order Confirmation vs. Conclusion of Agreement
An automatic receipt for a received order is not in itself an acceptance of your order. The binding agreement is specifically confirmed in the order confirmation. We reserve the right to reject an order in special cases — e.g., in case of suspected misuse, technical error in pricing, or inability to deliver.
4.3 Correct Information
You are responsible for providing correct information when ordering, including a valid CVR number and a correct email address for delivery. TilskudTjek is not responsible for missing or delayed delivery resulting from incorrect information.
4.4 Language of the Agreement
The agreement is concluded in Danish. These terms and conditions are prepared in Danish, and the Danish version is the prevailing one.
5. Delivery of Report
5.1 Delivery Method
The report is delivered digitally as a PDF file and/or via a secure link to a downloadable report — to the email address you provided during ordering.
5.2 Delivery Time
We strive to deliver the report within the following deadlines:

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Danish public holidays. Delivery times are indicative and not binding, but we will notify you in case of delay.
5.3 Non-Delivery
If you have not received the report within the maximum delivery time, please:
- Check your spam/junk filter
- Contact us at tilskudtjek@gmail.com with your order number
In case of documented non-delivery, you are entitled to either redelivery of the report or a full refund.
5.4 Digital Product
The report is a digital product. There is no physical delivery. You are responsible for ensuring that your email client can receive attachments and/or links for downloads.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1 Business Customers
Since TilskudTjek's services are primarily aimed at business entities, consumer protection laws on withdrawal typically do not apply. There is no statutory right of withdrawal for business purchases.
6.2 Our Voluntary Return Policy — Relevance Guarantee
Although we are not legally obligated, we offer a voluntary Relevance Guarantee — see section 7.
6.3 Physical Consumers
If you as a private consumer (acting outside your trade or profession) have purchased a report, you have 14 days right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Contracts Act, subject to:
- The withdrawal period starts from the date of conclusion of the agreement
- The right of withdrawal expires once digital delivery has begun with your express prior consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal
If you wish to exercise any right of withdrawal, you must contact us in writing at tilskudtjek@gmail.com before the deadline.
7. Relevance Guarantee
7.1 What is the Relevance Guarantee?
TilskudTjek offers a voluntary Relevance Guarantee: If your report does not contain at least one specific and relevant grant program, tax deduction opportunity, or support scheme that is potentially relevant to your company, you can request a full refund.
🛡️ Relevance Guarantee — What It Means
We guarantee that the report contains at least one actionable lead. If the report solely concludes that no schemes are relevant to you — and you disagree with this assessment — you can request a refund. We evaluate all requests individually and in good faith.
7.2 Conditions for the Relevance Guarantee
For the Relevance Guarantee to be invoked, the following conditions must be met:
- Request is made in writing to tilskudtjek@gmail.com within 14 calendar days from the delivery date
- The correct CVR number for your company was used during ordering
- The report has not already been used to submit an application or take actions based on its content
- Your reason for finding the report irrelevant is specified
7.3 What the Relevance Guarantee Does NOT Cover
The Relevance Guarantee does not cover:
- Cases where we have identified relevant schemes, but you subsequently assess that they require too much work to apply for
- Cases where an application is subsequently rejected by a grant program — rejections from funds are not our responsibility
- Cases where tax deductions are not approved by the Tax Agency — we provide a dialogue structure, not a tax assessment
- Situations where you provided the wrong CVR number, wrong industry, or other erroneous information
7.4 Refund under the Relevance Guarantee
Approved requests are refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Upon refund, your license to use the report's content expires.
8. Advisory Nature and Disclaimer for Content
8.1 Advisory Nature of the Report
TilskudTjek's free scan and paid reports are indicative analysis tools. They do not constitute and must not be considered as:
- Tax advice or a final assessment of tax rights
- Legal advice
- Financial advice
- A guarantee of grants from grant programs
- A guarantee of approval of tax deductions
- A substitute for professional accounting, legal, or financial advice
8.2 Data Quality
Our relevance scoring is based on publicly available CVR data, which may be outdated, incomplete, or imprecise. The Business Authority's register does not always reflect the current reality. TilskudTjek cannot be held responsible for analyses based on incorrect register data.
8.3 Program Changes
Grant programs, tax schemes, and support schemes can be changed, suspended, or terminated at short notice. Amounts, requirements, and deadlines appearing in our report are correct at the time of delivery but may change. Always check the official program pages before applying.
8.4 Tax Deductions — Special Disclaimer
Our R&D deduction checklist is a dialogue tool for use in conversation with your accountant. TilskudTjek does not take a position on whether your specific expenses qualify as research and development costs under the Tax Assessment Act. Final assessment should always be made by a qualified accountant or tax advisor.
8.5 Grant Approval — Special Disclaimer
A match in our report is a qualified indication — not a grant guarantee. All grant programs make an independent assessment of received applications. The proportion of granted applications varies per program and application round. TilskudTjek is not responsible for rejections of applications.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 TilskudTjek's Rights
All content on tilskudtjek.dk and in our reports — including text, layout, design, methods, analysis models, templates, and software — is protected by copyright and belongs to TilskudTjek or our licensors.
9.2 Your License
Upon purchase of a report, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to:
- Read and apply the report's content for your company's own internal purposes
- Share relevant excerpts with your accountant, lawyer, or internal employees
- Use the templates and checklists in connection with applications and accountant dialogue
9.3 What You May Not Do
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or resell the report or parts thereof to third parties
- Use the report's methods, models, or content commercially without prior written permission
- Publish the report's content on the internet, social media, or in publications
- Use TilskudTjek's name, logo, or trademarks without written permission
9.4 Published Data
Part of the report's content is based on publicly available data from the CVR register, Innovationsfonden, the Business Authority, and other public authorities. These data are not TilskudTjek's property, but our analysis, compilation, and presentation thereof are protected.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Direct Loss
TilskudTjek's total liability to you — regardless of the basis (including breach of contract, tort, product liability, or otherwise) — is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10.2 Indirect Loss
TilskudTjek is under no circumstances liable for:
- Indirect loss or consequential damage
- Loss of profit, revenue, or expected savings
- Loss caused by actions or decisions of third parties (including Innovationsfonden, Business Authority, Tax Agency, banks, job centers, competency funds, or others)
- Loss resulting from rejection of grant applications
- Loss resulting from the Tax Agency rejecting a tax deduction
- Loss caused by program changes after the time of delivery
- Loss caused by outdated or incorrect data in public registers
- Loss caused by your non-compliance with application deadlines
10.3 Professional Advice
TilskudTjek is not and does not replace professional advice. You bear the responsibility for obtaining necessary professional advice (accountant, lawyer, financial advisor) before making decisions based on our report.
10.4 Technical Errors
TilskudTjek strives to ensure that our services are available and error-free. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We are not liable for losses caused by technical errors, downtime, or data loss, unless this is due to gross negligence on TilskudTjek's part.
11. Force Majeure
TilskudTjek is exempt from liability for failure to fulfill our obligations to the extent this is due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, pandemic, or other force majeure
- Power failure, telecommunications failure, or internet outage
- Hacker attack, cyber attack, or security breach at third parties
- Government intervention, changes in legislation or regulation
- Operational disruptions at critical third-party providers (payment processors, hosting providers)
In case of force majeure, we will notify you as soon as possible and strive to resume normal operation as quickly as possible. If the force majeure situation lasts more than 30 days, you can demand the agreement terminated with a full refund.
12. Misuse and Blocking
12.1 Prohibited Use
It is not permitted to use TilskudTjek's services for:
- Illegal purposes or activities in violation of Danish or EU law
- Systematic extraction, scraping, or copying of our content
- Resale of reports or parts thereof to third parties
- Competing analysis or consulting business
- Attempts to reverse-engineer our analysis models or algorithms
12.2 Blocking
TilskudTjek reserves the right to reject or cancel orders and block access for users who violate these terms. In case of misuse, paid amounts are not refunded, and we reserve the right to assert claims for damages.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions. Changes are notified with at least 14 days' prior notice via email to active customers and/or via a prominent notification on our website.
Changes take effect on the specified date and apply to purchases made after this date. Purchases made before the effective date are governed by the terms applicable at the time of purchase.
Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
14.1 Governing Law
These terms and conditions and any dispute arising therefrom are governed by Danish law, with the exception of Danish international private law rules that might lead to the application of foreign law.
14.2 Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled by the ordinary Danish courts, unless mandatory legislation prescribes another forum.
14.3 Mediation
Before legal action, we encourage attempting to resolve any dispute amicably. Contact us at tilskudtjek@gmail.com. We commit to responding to complaints within 5 business days.
